What SmartBeat offers
You can play as a guest without an account. Pick from the categories shown in the game, listen to a preview and select one answer. A selected answer submits immediately; after the result, the next round begins automatically. Some previews or rounds may be unavailable, and the game can mark non-reward demo content separately.
Profiles use a public ID made from a chosen nickname and a short suffix. A profile can keep coin rewards and purchased cosmetic player skins. The public leaderboard ranks total coins earned, while the Today view uses UTC. Buying a skin does not reduce earned totals. These profiles are lightweight: the ID is not a password, a private account credential or proof of ownership. Anyone who knows it may open and manage that profile.
Current release ยท 6 October 2026: Guess the Song uses eight exact-song choices, automatic next rounds, native player skins and leaderboards ranked by coins earned.
Why the player skins?
The player is part of the game's visual identity. SmartBeat includes different player skin designs so a profile can choose how its quiz player looks. Skins are cosmetic: they do not unlock better clues, change a track's preview length or increase coin rewards. The controls belong to each skin, so the play action may appear in a different place or style depending on the selected design.
These are examples of the skin artwork. Open Player skins in the game to explore the collection and equip an owned design.
Music previews and provider links
SmartBeat requests short previews through its existing music provider connection and sends available audio to the browser for the round. A preview can fail or be missing, and provider availability can change. After a track is revealed, the game may show a link to the music provider so you can open its service. SmartBeat does not present those links as a promise that every full song is available here.
The game uses preview audio and music metadata to identify the choices. Please review our Game terms for the current game rules and Privacy Policy for information about data and provider requests.
Questions, issues or reports
If you find a broken preview, a misleading answer, an accessibility issue or a profile problem, include the page or category and a short description of what happened. Please do not send a password: SmartBeat profiles do not use one. Contact [email protected]. For a privacy request, see the contact and controls section of the Privacy Policy.
